All registration fees are used to support event logistics, technology setup, resource sharing, and speaker coordination. Hence, refund requests are subject to specific timelines to ensure smooth administrative handling. Refunds are available only for confirmed and fully paid registrations made directly through the official StatsCure website or designated event platforms.
Participants requesting a refund must submit their request in writing via email to the official StatsCure event support channel. Each request should clearly state the registrant's full name, transaction ID, event title, and the reason for cancellation. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the date and time when the written request is received by the organizing team, not when it was sent by the participant.
2. Refund Tiers and Timelines
To maintain consistency and fairness, our refund structure follows the timeline below:
Full Refund (100%)
Available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. This ensures that your registration fee is returned in full, with minimal administrative deductions.
Partial Refund (50%)
For cancellations made within 3 to 6 days before the event, participants are eligible for a 50% refund. The deduction accounts for pre-event expenses such as resource distribution, technical support, and booking confirmations.
No Refund (0%)
Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of the event start time are not eligible for a refund. By this time, all operational and digital logistics are finalized, and seats are considered confirmed.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare instance where the event is canceled or rescheduled by StatsCure Network Pvt. Ltd., participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer their registration to the new date or an alternative session at no extra cost.
3. Processing and Timelines
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited to the same mode of payment originally used during registration. Participants will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please note that delays caused by banking networks, international transfers, or third-party gateways are beyond the control of the organizer.
For participants who registered through a promotional offer, discount code, or third-party referral, the refund amount will be calculated on the net fee paid, not on the original listing price.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Certain situations are not eligible for a refund, including:
• Failure to attend the webinar due to personal reasons or technical issues on the participant's end.
• Attempting to transfer registration to another individual without prior authorization.
• Late cancellations received after the refund window has closed.
• Breach of Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct resulting in removal from the session.
However, in exceptional cases such as verified medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, participants may contact the organizer directly with supporting documentation. Refund or credit decisions in such cases will be at the sole discretion of StatsCure management.
5. Organizer's Rights and Responsibilities
StatsCure reserves the right to alter the event schedule, speakers, or format if required by unforeseen circumstances. Any such change will be communicated promptly. If a session is postponed rather than canceled, the registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Participants unable to attend the new schedule may request a refund following the policy terms outlined above.
